For your convenience, all visits are offered either via telehealth (phone or video) or in-person in the comfort of your own home.
To keep your child’s information secure, and so that we can best manage and access their records as needed, we ask that you create an account with Charm and complete the required medical documentation prior to your first visit. Once this step is completed the Charm app will be the most direct way for you to schedule appointments and contact your child’s doctor directly.
There are always ways to help a child. I will work with you until we are both satisfied with the health and happiness of your child. If I am not able to help, I will try to find someone who can.
No. New World Pediatrics sees children ages 0-18 year old
Yes. We provide a consult service and do not administer immunizations, etc. We recommend you maintain your relationship with your child’s pediatrician.
If you have a true emergency, please call 911 or take your child directly to the Emergency Room. Otherwise, you will be able to contact me directly via the Charm app. Our conversation will remain secure and confidential and my response time will be less than 24 hours (likely much sooner as long as I am not directly engaged in patient care).
Yes, of course! The program is set up to involve and guide all children in the household.
Recommendations will be made based on discussions with you and your child. I understand that each child is different and therefore needs different interventions. The plan presented will be tailored to each individual child with input from everyone involved.
